In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this herb has long been known as the King of Mushrooms for its longevity enhancing properties. As a tonic herb, this powerful fungal ally contains many beneficial compounds. Chaga Mushroom is said to possess anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and adaptogenic properties. Ik gebruik al jaren de instant chaga …die Ik heel goed vind bij Raja Nature.. Ik heb een keer veel goedkoper gemalen chaga poeder gehaald op de bio markt maar dat is niet te vergelijken ..het rook nergens naar en de instant chaga hier ruikt heel appart en voor mij precies zoals het bij mijn oma in Zweden waar veel berkenbomen staan ..rook …Ik neem chaga omdat Ik weet van studie dat er veel SOD inzit ..superoxidase dismutase .. éen van de master antioxidanten naast L- Glutathione . !
